Yep, that's the sad news to start the New Year. Our property management, CBRE, and property owner have decided that it was time for a change and called in terms on our lease. I should say lack of lease, for the last 6 months we haven't had one. I can't create the lease and other than verbally confirming to a CBRE manager our intent to continue with our lease last Summer they never produced a new lease and I've just moved forward taking care of our customers. We made it through COVID when so many others failed. We found a way to stay open and take care of the handful of people still in the buildings and keep our staff employed and that is something I am very proud of. I have had a wonderful time serving you all over the years and I'm not done. I have PHX Eats Tacos less than a mile away at 48th Street & Washington that is open for breakfast and lunch. And I am working on setting up a remote kitchen that allows all PHX Eats Cafe catering and online orders to continue, I should have this done this week! So you may not be able to visit PHX Eats Cafe in person but you will still be able to order your favorite food for catering, delivery and takeout. I will send updates as I get this set up. Again, thank you all for some great years and I look forward to still seeing you at the Taco Shop and serving you. Brad
